Good news! Graduates from the Department of Safety Engineering at our university are accepted into the Master's program at Hiroshima University

Good news to start the new year!Pujie Ma, a graduate of the 2023 undergraduate program in Safety Engineering at our university, has been accepted as a master's student in the Advanced Science and Engineering Department at Hiroshima University in Japan.Hiroshima University is a top-tier comprehensive national university situated in Higashima City, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan.It has garnered global attention for its scientific research achievements, produced numerous renowned researchers, and enjoys a strong international reputation.

Pujie Ma is a 2023 graduate of the Safety Engineering program at the School of Urban Construction and Safety Engineering. During his time in school, he worked diligently and actively participated in scientific research projects, community work, and volunteer public welfare activities, earning multiple honorary titles. During his undergraduate studies, Pujie Ma aspired to pursue a graduate degree abroad and actively prepared for the IELTS exam and the entrance exam for international graduate programs. Later, upon the recommendation of our teachers Wensheng Ding and Jifa Qian, he was successfully admitted to Hiroshima University in Japan.

Finally, Pujie Ma wanted to convey to the younger students that even though the road ahead may be long, the journey is drawing near. Although things are difficult, they must be done. I hope all students firmly believe that the stars do not disappoint the passersby, and that they will eventually reach the other side of their dreams.
